How does this work?

We love planning and pride ourselves on being organized. From the moment you book your event, we will begin planning. We encourage you to personalize your wedding: the more of your personality that’s involved in the planning, the better your wedding will be. There are four essential meetings in the process – but we’re happy to meet with you as often as you’d like. Our goal is to turn your vision into a reality.

Meetings all take place on Zoom, but it’s 2021 and you don’t need me to tell you that.

Step 1: Kickoff Meeting

Goal: Create a framework for planning.
In our first Zoom meeting, you will learn about all the choices and options for your wedding. This will probably be the first time you’ve thought about a lot of the topics raised. That’s OK. Once you know what your options are, you will be able to make more informed decisions. You will also have the opportunity to discuss all these decisions as a couple after the call.

During this meeting we will check out your wedding portal where we keep track of music, schedules, names, and all the details of your wedding!

Step 2: Share Music

Goal: Create a soundtrack for your wedding.
Rank our song list with yes/no/meh.
If you created your own playlist – please share it with us!
Choose special songs for the ceremony, entrance, and dances.
Check out some of our recent wedding playlists.

Step 3: Develop Schedule

Goal: Create a timeline that helps all vendors work together in harmony.
Wedding party introductions? Toasts? Big entry? No big entry? Wrestling entry?
Your wedding should only include elements that are important to you!

Step 4: Finalize Details

Goal: Make sure we’re all on the same page.
Round out the final details.
Share the final schedule with the photographer, caterer, venue and other vendors.
