Reviews of Knowlton talk about the outdoor space, but on this particular wedding day, it was raining, so the whole event was indoors. Cocktails were served in the mansion, and guests were free to wander into all the interesting rooms. We were able to provide sound for this location by placing a speaker at the top of the stairs with the cocktail hour mix.
The reception was in a large modern hall with a high ceiling. We were able to fill the room with great sound from our station in the corner of the room. Guests were dancing the whole night to classic rock, pop, old-school, crunk and sing along favorites. The bride and groom made their grand entry to The Darkness – I Believe In A Thing Called Love, and they closed the night with Friends in Low Places!
Bride’s Review
Here’s the review that the bride posted on The Knot:
Adam did a great job for us and made our evening and even the days leading up to it all that less stressful. He made sure every song that played was a song we loved and kept the dance floor full all night. I can’t say enough good things about Adam and the hard work he put in so my husband and I could have a truly special and effortless event. Not to mention, he was half the price of other vendors recommended to me. If you’re planning any event where you’re considering a DJ, Adam at Philly Custom DJ is the guy to call.

Closer – Friends In Low Places
The last song of the night was a favorite of the bride, groom and all of the guests. Everyone sang along.
