Adam started Philly Custom DJ in 2008, though his first paid gig came earlier: New Year's Eve 2002, a private party in Times Square. A few hundred weddings later, the job has changed. These days Adam is less the DJ on the night and more the executive producer of your wedding, the person who plans it with you and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.
That's the part he loves. He'll ask about your life, actually remember it, and turn it into a night that sounds like you and nobody else. Most couples meet with him a handful of times over Zoom before the day, and that's where the wedding really takes shape.
He also officiates, in case you need someone to marry you as well as MC you.
The awards are there if you want them: The Knot Hall of Fame and multiple Best of Zola honors. But Adam would rather talk about your playlist.
